My submitted item (e.g. request) has disappeared/the item added by my group is not in the timeline of the file.

This can be due to several causes: 

• In a judicial reorganisation procedure, items are only visible after the starting actor passes the item on to a subsequent actor or sets this item to OK. In concrete terms, this means that when you add a new item to the file, a private actor (e.g. a delegated judge) must first process the item before it becomes visible in the public section. 
• You do not have reading rights to the item in the timeline

Also check the notifications on your homepage on regsol.be to see what happened to your added item.
