This can be due to several causes:
- In a judicial reorganisation procedure, items are only visible after the starting actor passes the item on to a subsequent actor or sets this item to OK. In concrete terms, this means that when you add a new item to the file, a private actor (e.g. a delegated judge) must first process the item before it becomes visible in the public section.
- You do not have reading rights to the item in the timeline
Check the “My added items” tab in the file for more information.
