To submit your petition for public judicial reorganisation, RegSol will ask you to upload some documents. 

  • If you are the debtor of the file, or his proxy, you must upload a mandate.
  • Your petition to request the judicial reorganisation procedure. You can also add a request for suspension of sales to this.
  • Your list of creditors, preferably managed in the RegSol module.
  • Possibly, your petition for the appointment of a restructuring expert.
  • The additional documents, as provided for in Art. XX. 41 §2 WER.

 

In addition, it is best to have the following information at hand:

  • The personal and business details of the debtor.
  • The business details of any affiliated companies.
  •  Information regarding employees, real estate and surety agreements.
