To submit your request for a transfer under judicial authority, RegSol will ask you to upload some documents. 

  • If you are an authorised representative of the debtor in the file, you must upload a mandate
  • Your request for the transfer under judicial authority. You can also add a request for suspension of sales to this
  • Your list of creditors, whether or not managed in the RegSol module
  • The last 2 annual accounts
  • The additional documents, as provided for in Art. XX. 41 §2 WER
  • In addition, it is best to have the following information at hand:
  • The personal and business details of the debtor
  • The business details of any affiliated companies
  • Information regarding employees, real estate and surety agreements
